Civil: Representation of clients injured, harmed or unjustly accused of civil wrongdoing. Personal injury and wrongful death clients include victims of crime and those injured or harmed due to the intentional or negligent acts of others. Successful representation of individual and business clients involved in a variety of disputes- some involve lawsuits, others settle.
